We had a very comfortable stay. The host was very nice, helpful, and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was clean and in a great location—close to the city centre, supermarket, and train station. Everything was very convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay as a combined work and leasure trip. The apartment is very nice, the location easy to find and very central. The internet worked great for work, both online meetings and online 3d modelling. Silvia was a great host, with quick responses and I appreciated her flexibility in terms of an extra guest towards the end of the stay and some extra time for check out. Also very comfortable bed and sofabed! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had anything you need to cook and had a few complementary snacks laid out which was nice. The host was very available to answer any questions. The location was excellent. Near train station, parking, grocery store and a very short walk to the center of town. Very comfortable stay. Would return next time in Asti.

Conveniently located near the train, shops, restaurants and sites, this apartment was a great base for us to explore Asti (and Piedmont). The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and near ample parking. Silvia was very proactive and helpful.

Great location. Spacious and modern apartment. A proper couch to sit on and relax in the evening. 5 min walk to the train station and into the centre. We easily went to Genoa and Turin for day trips on the train so Asti is a really convenient location to explore the Piemonte region. Would definitely stay at the apartment again if visiting Asti.

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia’s apartment in Asti! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Silvia was a wonderful host—she provided great local recommendations and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Very spacious apartment, large windows and 2 balconies (one with morning sun, ideal for breakfast). Excellent location and close to parking facilities (street or public squares). Various parking options were well explained in the house manual. Both rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable sofa and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. All was super clean. Silvia was very friendly and attentive, with excellent communication and response time. She also gave us very useful advice regarding good restaurants in town. We highly recommend this place.
