How do I check in?
We offer self check-in with detailed instructions sent 24 hours before your arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. A later check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability, and a €25 fee applies.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available in the blue zone, and there are parking lots within 100 meters that accept coins and the Easy Park app.
What's nearby?
You're just 2 minutes from Piazza San Secondo, 5 minutes from the train station, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and historic sites.
Do you provide local recommendations?
Absolutely! Ana is a local expert and loves sharing recommendations for restaurants, wine bars, attractions, and hidden gems in Asti.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included, but the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. We recommend the local market for fresh ingredients!
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment?
Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is included free of charge throughout the entire apartment.
Does the apartment have air conditioning and heating?
Yes. There is air conditioning for the warmer months and central heating with radiators for the cooler months, so the apartment stays comfortable all year round.
How many guests can stay?
The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests: a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and any day visitors need to be approved in advance. Subletting the reservation is not permitted.
Is the apartment suitable for children? Do you provide a crib?
Families are welcome, and children count toward the maximum of 4 guests. We can't guarantee a crib or high chair as a standard feature, so please let us know your needs when booking and we'll tell you what we can arrange.
Are pets allowed?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the apartment. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for every guest, including those with allergies.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and on the balconies. Smoking violations incur a minimum €200 fee plus the cost of professional cleaning.
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate luggage storage requests based on availability.
Is the apartment wheelchair accessible?
The building has an elevator to reach the apartment. However, there are a few steps inside the apartment that may present challenges for wheelchair users.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay can vary depending on the season and your chosen dates, especially during busy periods. The current requirement is always shown when you enter your dates on Booking.com or Airbnb, or you can contact us directly and we'll be happy to confirm.
How do payment and the security deposit work?
For direct bookings we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit may be required for some stays; it is returned within 7 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages. Reservations made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow those platforms' payment terms.
What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings: cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund minus processing fees; cancel 15 to 30 days before for a 50% refund; cancellations less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable, and there is no refund for unused nights in the case of early departure. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to those platforms' own cancellation policies.
Can I book during the Palio festival week?
Yes. The apartment is an ideal base for Asti's famous September Palio and the Douja d'Or wine festival, right beside Piazza Alfieri where the main events take place. These dates fill up months in advance, so we recommend booking as early as possible. See our Palio accommodation guide
